Under NWPTA, Companies Office will facilitate registering a Manitoba Cooperative in British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan.

Register a Manitoba Cooperative in British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan

Name Reservation

• Before registering, complete a name reservation in the province you wish to register.

Complete the correct form:

British Columbia	Extra Provincial Cooperative Association Registration Statement
Alberta	Extra Provincial Cooperative Registration Statement
Saskatchewan	Extra Provincial Cooperative Registration Statement

 

Submit the completed form to Manitoba Companies office by email (pdf documents only), mail or in person.

Manitoba Companies Office will send your registration to the proper Registry who will communicate directly with you when the registration is complete.

 

Update a Manitoba Cooperative in British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan

Complete the correct form:

British Columbia	Extra Provincial Cooperative Association Change Registration Statement Extra Provincial Cooperative Association Notice of Change of Attorney Extra Provincial Cooperative Association Change Attorney Information Extra Provincial Cooperative Association Notice of Voluntary Cancellation
Alberta	Extra Provincial Cooperative Registration Amendment/Cancellation Statement Extra Provincial Cooperative Amalgamation Statement
Saskatchewan	Extra Provincial Cooperative Amendment Statement Extra Provincial Cooperative Cancellation Statement

 

Submit the completed form to Manitoba Companies Office by fax 204-945-1459 or email companies@gov.mb.ca

Manitoba Companies Office will send your document to the proper Registry who will communicate with you directly when your update is complete.

Cooperatives from British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan wishing to register in Manitoba should contact the registry office in the home jurisdiction.
