Once an extra provincial business corporation from British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan is registered, Manitoba will be notified when the following changes occur in the home jurisdiction:
- Amalgamation
- Change of Name
- Continuance (into or within British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan)
- Change in the Status of the corporation (i.e. Dissolution or strike off)
- Change in the Registered Office address
In most cases, correspondence and pre-populated forms will be generated and sent to the mailing address on record for the corporation in Manitoba. The forms must be signed by a Director, Officer or Solicitor and returned for filing by email (pdf documents only), mail or in person.
Notes:
1. Certificates of Status from British Columbia, Alberta or Saskatchewan are no longer required.
2. Director and Officer information will be collected in the home jurisdiction only.
3. Annual Returns are filed in the home jurisdiction only.
