Business Names

To close a business:

• File a Business Name Dissolution with the fee of $60.00.
  

Note: A Business Name registration will expire if not renewed every three years.

To re-start a business:

1. If the registration has expired, a Renewal can be filed within 6 months of expiry.
2. If the registration was dissolved or has been expired for more than 6 months, a new Registration must be filed by filing:
   • A Request for Name Reservation with the fee of $45.00
   • A Business Name Registration with the fee of $60.00
