Manitoba Business Corporations
There are two ways to dissolve a corporation:
- File Articles of Dissolution with the fee of $60.00. Review the instruction guide here.
- Submit a letter requesting that the corporation be placed on the next Dissolution list. Once received, the corporation will be dissolved in approximately 90 days. There is no filing fee
Note: A corporation will be dissolved if it doesn't file its Annual Returns for two consecutive years.
To re-start a corporation:
- File a Request for Name Reservation if the corporation has been dissolved for more than 180 days,
- File Articles of Revival with outstanding Annual Returns. Detailed information and instructions for completing the Articles of Revival is available here.
